Cute flip flops!!

 This fun project I owe to my sweet daughter!

She came home from school and told me about it!

We went to the Doll@r store and made these for $3.00!

So fun!

We got two packages of water balloons and one pair of flip flops!

We just tied the balloons onto the flip flops and voila, we ended up with these cute flip flops!!

Helping a friend with a baby shower!

My neighbor across the street was hosting a baby shower for a dear friend and asked me to help her and how could I say no!!!??  I had so much fun coming up with fun idea's for her shower.

She didn't snap any photo's from the actual party, but she say that everybody loved it!

No Halloween party this year! So sad!

So this year, my kiddo's decided that they didn't want to have a Halloween party--I know right?  CrAzY!  But I do understand!  They are getting older and it was hard to figure out who to invite, etc.!

However, I cannot contain my creative juices around this time of the year, so I made these!

Too fun!  I love the candy kabob's and the candy corn cookies!

I'm going to have to come up with something fun to do next year, maybe I'll have a ladies witch party! LOL!!

My daughter turns 10!!

This year my daughter wanted an ice cream party!!!   We had so much fun!!!

I had a whole table set up with all the fixing for their ice cream!

Sugar cookie truffles

 So, I have I told you lately how much I love Pinterest?  Well, I do!!  LOL!!  I found this great recipe on it and wanted to share it with you...sugar cookie truffles!!!  I made them for a friend of mine who is celebrating her birthday on Sunday.  I think they turned out great!  This is how I did it!!

First you have to actually make sugar cookies, they need to be really crispy, so I baked mine a little longer than the instructions said to.  I also put them in the fridge for a little while to really cool off.  Next, I put all of the cookies into my blender and slowly blended them into crumbs.  I poured the cookie crumbs into a bowl and blended 3 ounces of cream cheese with the crumbs.  Nest you roll the mixture into little bite size balls and put them into the freezer for at least 30 minutes.  Make sure the balls are very cold because the next step is dipping them into melted white chocolate and adding sprinkles.  Thankfully, I had a really cute assistant to help me with the sprinkles as I was dipping the balls into the chocolate!  You have to work quickly at this point so that the chocolate doesn't harden before the sprinkles and voila, the finished product!!  So fun!!

All you need are these items:

Petroleum Jelly and some kool aid, we had two different kinds.

 Just melt the Petroleum Jelly

Add the kool aid and stir...

Pour in little cases and let them sit!

Easy and fun!!!
